French: French Fashion

Some sample activities from our Fashion module, which can be purchased separately and also forms part of the full Y8 Scheme of Work. Other activities include learning the language for clothes and a focus on adjectives, thinking about a fashion ‘look’ and learning about a famous French fashion designer, Chanel as well as an interview with a current designer, Jean-Paul Gaultier This module is also available in German and Spanish and includes information about fashion designers from the target language speaking countries.

Spanish: Spanish Football

Some sample activities from our Football module, which can be purchased separately and also forms part of the full Y8 Scheme of Work. Other activities include learning the language for countries, desciptions of football strips (colour and design), preposition, football player positions, a profile of a football player,  and FC Barcelona, football results, a simple match commentary, a top trumps game and of course football songs. This module is also available in French and Spanish and includes information players and teams from the target language speaking countries.

German: German Spooky Tales

Some sample activities from our Spooky Tales module, which can be purchased separately and also forms part of the full Y8 Scheme of Work. This popular module is often taught around Halloween. It includes activities about spooky animals, Halloween traditions in Germany, a ghost story and activities about the Harry Potter books. This module is also available in French and Spanish and includes ghost stories and traditions from the target language speaking countries.
